Testa Conserve was founded in Sicily in 2017, drawing on the experience of a family whose life has been closely connected to fishing for generations.
Mediterranean bluefin tuna lies at the heart of the company’s production and is the clearest expression of this heritage. Atlante, the Testa family’s fishing vessel, holds fishing quotas for bluefin tuna.
The company oversees every stage of the supply chain, from the catch to processing and preservation, through to the finished product. Alongside bluefin tuna — including fillet, ventresca and buzzonaglia — Testa Conserve also works with anchovies from the Ionian Sea, mackerel and a range of seafood sauces, maintaining a direct connection with both the raw material and its place of origin.
