You can buy tickets for yourself and your co-workers directly from your MyPitti account.
lease note that all tickets must be displayed using the PITTISMART app. 


A) Access MyPitti using your username and password. 

B) If required, complete your registration by providing the requested documents. To purchase your digital ticket, you must have completed the registration process and received a confirmation email from the Pitti Immagine Visitor Office.

C) Purchase tickets for your coworkers, insert their names on MyPitti. Please note that each coworker must have a unique email address, which will be used as their username to access the PittiSmart app.

TERMS OF USE

The admission ticket purchased through the PITTISMART app is strictly personal and non-transferable. It cannot be duplicated or converted into a paper ticket.

Paper tickets purchased at the fair must be kept and shown upon request during checks. If a participant loses their ticket, a new one must be purchased at the entrance.

Tickets are non-refundable. 

To access the event, visitors must present either their paper ticket or their electronic ticket on a mobile device (smartphone/tablet), together with a valid ID.

Supported operating systems: iOS and Android (BlackBerry and Windows Phone are not supported).
The payment confirmation email can be used for tax purposes.

The general public can visit the fair. Tickets cost €25 per person and are valid for one day only. 

The fair is open to the general public ONLY on the following days and times:
Saturday and Sunday: from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased at the entrance to the event or online at this LINK.

For online purchases, each visitor must create a personal profile, confirm their email address, and proceed to the payment by credit card.

Children under the age of 12 enter free of charge. For children over the age of 12,a regular ticket is required.

Dogs are not permitted.

TERMS OF USE
The entrance ticket may only be used by the person whose name appears on it. It cannot be transferred to others, duplicated, or refunded. The date for which the daily ticket has been purchased cannot be changed. 
Tickets are valid for tax purposes and must be visibly worn at the event for inspection.
In case an entrance ticket is lost, a new one must be purchased at full price.

PROFESSIONALS - BUYERS AND REPRESENTATIVES

To download your ticket simply :
 
1. Download PITTISMART from Google Play or the Apple Store.
 
2. Log in with the Username and Password you use on MyPitti. If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so by clicking here.
 
3. Enter your Pitti Coupon code. Tap on the ticket icon and enter the code you received in the designated field, leaving the credit card field blank.

GENERAL PUBLIC

To redeem your coupon, please go to one of the ticket counters reserved for the general public, located at the entrance of the event.
Simply present the coupon code to receive your admission ticket, valid only for the day it is issued – and only during the opening hours for the general public.

The following types of businesses are allowed during buyer-only hours:

- Groceries 
- Restaurants and Bars
- Wine shops and Pubs
- Food e-commerce 
- Importers/Exporters and distributors
- Buying offices 
- Food producers
- Sector representatives
- Suppliers*
* Only suppliers who collaborate with an exhibitor can access the fair. The collaboration must be proven by presenting an invoice.

Children under the age of 12 enter free of charge. For children over the age of 12, a regular ticket must be purchased.

In accordance with Article 24 of the Municipal Regulations on Animal Welfare (Resolution CC 285/1999), animals are strictly prohibited during both the set-up days and the exhibition days, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired. These dogs are permitted as they perform their work duties, in compliance with current laws

To obtain your entrance ticket to the fair, it is recommended to complete the pre-registration process online in the MyPitti area.

Documents required for registration are:
A) Company documents

• Food and beverage purchase invoice issued by a company taking part in the fair or by a recognized brand
• A copy of the company’s Chamber of Commerce registration

B) Personal Documents

• A document certifying your activity on behalf of the company (e.g. personal business card, letter of appointment))
• Identity document

FORTEZZA DA BASSO
Viale Filippo Strozzi 1, Florence

The Fortezza da Basso is a trade-fair and conference district located in the city center of Florence, just 4 km from both the A1 Autostrada del Sole exits Firenze Nord and Firenze Sud.
The Fortezza da Basso is situated just outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), but is in its immediate vicinity making it easily accessible. 

ZTL Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

We recommend taking the Firenze Ovest exit and following signs for the city centre towards Fortezza da Basso. This route will take you along Viale Guidoni, Via Forlanini, Viale Redi, Viale Belfiore, Viale Fratelli Rosselli, and Viale Strozzi.
Paid parking is available next to Fortezza da Basso.
