The history of Giovannacci Caffè starts more than fifty years ago, when Piero Giovannacci decided to open a small tasting in the center of Finale Ligure, in whose back room his coffees were roasted, realizing his life's dream. Thus began an adventure that continues today until the third generation of the family of roasters.
Today the company is led by Massimo and his children Martina, Lorenzo and Francesco. Together they passionately carry forward what has now become "a family tradition", bringing their quality and history even outside the Italian borders, mainly in Northern Europe, the reference market for high quality coffees. In recent years, the company has achieved important successes and today plays a leading role among high-quality artisan roasters. In purchases, today as now, priority is given to rare, selected and rigorously hand-picked qualities of coffee, whose availability at origin is limited.
The company constantly invests in training, new technologies and cutting-edge projects to increase quality also from the point of view of manufacturing processes while always maintaining its craftsmanship. Collaborations are increasingly undertaken with important chefs and restaurants, high-level cafés and luxury hotels who understand the importance of investing in a very high quality product capable of making a 360° difference. The future objectives are many and always in line with the values of the past which have made Giovannacci Caffè a point of reference in the world of high quality roasting.
