This is a story about passion, we take care of our olive trees since 1954.
My family has been producing extra virgin olive oil from our own olives for over 70 years and today we continue innovating this story through technological changes, but keeping firm the roots of Apulia’s olive oil culture.
Olive groves are for Olio Guglielmi the engine of everything.
The meticulous, careful and loving care arises from an extreme respect for nature and from the awareness that an outstanding extra virgin oil is born first on the branch, from the well preserved fruit.
Nowadays, company’s philosophy is to combine old traditions with real customers’ needs by offering an absolutely excellent product, characterized by many shades of taste and exciting fragrances and also for its innovative and new packaging.
Our strength lies in the control and management of the whole production chain from olive groves to milling in our own oil mill and final bottling in our factory.
A process that starts from the cultivation of 200 hectares with 90,000 olives trees from which we collect the olives every season, then milled directly in our oil-mill through a process that uses cutting-edge techniques of cold extraction and storing in inox steel tanks under nitrogen.
We have no bottles ready on the floor. When we produce the olive oil, we put it directly in stainless steel container under nitrogen to prevent it from oxidation and to keep it always fresh, with its nutrition unaltered, therefore we bottle when we receive the orders.
All this translates into the guarantee of a product with unmistakable flavors and aromas, deriving from milling techniques perfected over time which, to date, has allowed us to collect numerous awards.
The last one we got is the award from the prestigious Evooleum guide, that awarded our IGP as the Best Italian Evoo 2024, with a score of 96/100.
Olio Guglielmi is now exported in more than 40 countries, in the best gourmet corner of the world.
