In 2001, in Prato, Francesco Pandolfini driven by a deep passion for cooking and the art of pastry turned his great desire into reality by founding the DESEO biscuit factory. It all began with Cantuccini, iconic biscuits of the Tuscan tradition, soon appreciated for their authenticity. Over the years, the range has expanded to include new sweet and savoury recipes, born from a desire to explore increasingly delicious and balanced flavours.
In 2011, during the Speciality & Fine Food Fair in London, Francesco met Audrey, who has since become his life partner and an essential part of DESEO’s growth. While Francesco focuses on product creation and the Italian market, Audrey develops exports and helps shape the brand’s identity with a touch of elegance and femininity.
For over twenty years, DESEO has been present in more than 40 countries and in the most prestigious stores in Italy and around the world a milestone made possible also thanks to the commitment and dedication of a team of collaborators who have helped make it a symbol of excellence and quality.
