Peperita selects, cultivates and transforms 22 varieties of peppers, from the most delicate, to the medium to the hottest in the world. With this fruit we produce pure powders, jams, paté, fresh mince and condiments based on extra virgin olive oil. In addition, special kits for chefs and for lovers of this fruit, a prêt-à-porter purse containing all the selections of chilli powders. PEPERITA products are not only spicy, but endowed with characteristic aromas for each variety and are able to accompany any dish, sweet or savory, enhancing the basic characteristics. The selection of the numerous varieties, from the least spicy to the most pungent, has in fact been studied to favor the best combinations with all culinary preparations, also in collaboration with numerous starred chefs.
