The story of OIRZ – ORIGINE ITALIA RESIDUO ZERO* began in 2020, driven by the desire to establish a responsible and sustainable supply chain for the production of soft wheat flour with zero pesticide residues, protecting both consumers and the local environment. The green hills of Umbria, the green heart of Italy, provide the ideal setting for developing this project.
