Tito, today as in the past, is synonymous with Speck and other typical cured meats produced using ancient recipes, the result of over half a century of experience.
The production takes place at the Family Farm located on the Ganzaie Plateau, near the village of Daiano, at an altitude of 1300 meters, where quality and excellence are guaranteed by the use of carefully selected raw materials and meticulous craftsmanship.
Family recipes to be savored also at the restaurant, which combines warmth and hospitality for an unmatched culinary experience.
We produce all the typical cured meats of Trentino, including the essential Speck, delicate and fragrant, traditional pancetta, salami, and many other specialties of the tradition.
