La Gallinara is a company located on the western Ligurian Riviera, founded in 1986. Its headquarters is a 2,000 square metre facility equipped with a laboratory for processing and packaging raw materials supplied by local farmers. Our main ingredients: DOP basil, 100% Italian olive oil and Grana Padano PDO and Pecorino Romano PDO.
