Pastificio Pangea was founded in 2009 thanks to the ingenuity and passion of the Salvalaggio family.
Initially, production was small-scale in an artisanal workshop. However, the excellent quality of the gluten-free pasta produced, especially using natural and artisanal methods, quickly attracted the interest of both local restaurants and private individuals.
The startup quickly became focused on Research and Development, with the aim of producing high-quality pasta suitable for all needs, using only natural ingredients and without additives, emulsifiers, or colorings.
The pasta is bronze-drawn and slowly dried, following Italian tradition, and is produced without the use of additives and emulsifiers!
The result is a "FREE FROM" pasta (free from allergens) with a wide range of colors and flavors, ideal for satisfying every palate. The production process is optimized and constantly monitored, allowing us to create and develop customized products for each customer, boasting the most meticulous PRIVATE LABEL service ever.
Pangea has also launched its own Magnatera product line, which reflects the company's food philosophy and meets a wide range of taste, texture, functionality, and nutritional needs.
The Magnatera line is registered with the Italian Ministry of Health as a gluten-free product available for purchase at pharmacies with a coupon.
