Company Profile
The Drusian Winery was founded in 1890, when Francesco Drusian’s great-grandfather purchased the first vineyards in the renowned Cartizze area in Valdobbiadene and began to cultivate them.
Later, in 1988, Francesco decided to establish the current winery in Bigolino di Valdobbiadene (TV), surrounded by the vineyards of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Hills, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019.
The common thread that has united three generations of the Drusian family over more than a century is a deep love for the land, passion for hard work, and respect for the customer—values reflected in the commitment to deliver a product of consistent quality, ensured by the control of the entire production process. Francesco’s genuine passion for heroic viticulture translates into wines that inspire emotion and express the richness of this unique territory. Moreover, since the 2022 harvest, the grapes grown on our estate have been certified under the Italian Ministry’s National Quality System for Integrated Production (SQNPI).
Following the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG line in its Brut, Extra Dry, Millesimato, and Cartizze Dry versions, the winery presents its highest expressions through the “Mete Eccelse” collection: Drusian Sui Lieviti, 30 Raccolti, Rive di Bigolino, and Rive di Santo Stefano.
The winery also promotes wine tourism, offering guests the opportunity to discover its world through guided tours and tastings, available Monday to Friday by appointment only.
“Our DIVERSITY, the true HERITAGE” represents the guiding principle behind our work—an ongoing balance between tradition and innovation. Every heroic harvest is a gesture of dedication and respect for this land, a daily testament to our commitment to preserve and enhance its authenticity.
