Company Profile
Since 1939, we at Pastificio Setaro have been preserving the ancient art of pasta making in Torre Annunziata, bringing the authentic flavor of true artisan pasta, bronze-drawn and dried at low temperatures, to tables and restaurants around the world.
We are among the few in Italy who still produce pasta by hand.
At the heart of our production is the Braibanti press: a masterpiece of Italian engineering that we have preserved and kept alive for four generations.
Every packet of Setaro pasta tells a story of taste and tradition. We pack it by hand, one packet at a time, just as it was done in the past. We do this with care and precision to honor the value of time and the ancient knowledge of our territory.
