We are a laboratory specialized in the production of baked products: taralli, breadsticks and braids, both savory and sweet. Our mission, contrary to the current trend, is the creation of a hand-made artisanal product that allows us to differentiate ourselves both in terms of quality and characteristics.
Not machinery for mass production, we can create a dough that meets the requirements by using it to best satisfy the consumer's palate and not to respect the limits and conditions that the machinery imposes on us. Furthermore, we are not forced to use pulverized industrial preparations to characterize the taste of our doughs, but we have chosen to use natural ingredients in their original form, as a person's hand easily adapts to any composition of the dough.
The result is a product with more intense flavor characteristics and close to those characteristic flavors of "homemade".
