At the historic «I Malafronte», cured-meat producer, deeply rooted in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, we craft outstanding food and wine specialties from the Italian tradition. We invest in the careful selection of the finest raw materials, including DOP and IGP certified products, to guarantee the authentic taste of every single item. - LE ANTICHE TRADIZIONI, “OLD-FASHIONED” CURED MEATS. Born from rural heritage, the cured meats of the Le Antiche Tradizioni line are the result of meticulous attention to raw material selection and to every stage of production, ensuring consistently high-quality products. Made exclusively with 100% Italian meat, mostly preservative-free, lactose-free and gluten-free, each product expresses the food-and-wine identity of its territory of origin: Romagnola Salsiccia Passita, salami with and without lard, Coppa, Lombetto, Guanciale, Pancetta, Ciccioli, Mortadella, hams, Sculatta and cured meats with Aglio di Voghera DOP.

Three new versions designed to satisfy the most refined palates. Il Moro salami is now available in three variants: with Aglio di Voghera DOP, with summer black truffle, and with Calabrian chili pepper. A signature specialty of the I Malafronte brand, made from carefully selected 100% Italian meats and crafted using artisanal methods, it now triples the flavour experience by offering greater variety.
ANTIBIOTIC FREE, WITH FULL RESPECT FOR ANIMAL WELFARE.
A product line designed to combine consumer health with animal welfare through the responsible use of antibiotics. Pigs are raised in conditions that promote their well-being, with adequate space, a balanced diet and access to proper hygienic conditions. Strict supply-chain controls ensure that animals are not treated with antibiotics, in full compliance with current regulations.
