Company Profile
Our company is located in Castelmagno at an altitude of 1700 m.
We produce Castelmagno di Montagna (winter product) and Castelmagno di Alpeggio, mature it for up to 70 months in order to offer a unique product to satisfy the different needs of customers.
We start from the pastures, from the milk of our animals to arrive at the maturing cellar.
The maturing takes place naturally on wooden boards, the forms are cleaned and massaged by our master maturing experts in order to guarantee a high quality standard.
