We have always believed in our territory 
and in its people, who respect its rhythms and opportunities, who know how to welcome and create new perspectives.
We believe in our work, in our fields 
and in the goodness of their fruits. 

Our farm was born almost 80 years ago in Portile, a small village 
a few kilometers from Modena. It born from the desire of great-grandfather Gaetano, 
followed by grandfather Antonio until today, with Giuseppe and the rest of the Rubini family, who together carry on the work of ancient traditions, wise advice and precious techniques. 

We deal directly with all the processes
of our production, from cultivation to final sale.
We do this within our farm in Portile 
and in the fields of Formigine, Vignola and Modena, among family members and collaborators 
who over the years have become an integral part of our family. 

We grow and harvest the fruits and vegetables of our territory and we transform them by enhancing the taste and flavors of the earth, without adding pectin, additives, preservatives or colorants. 
For years we have been collaborating with specialized companies for the fertilization 
and treatment of our land to respect and protect its characteristics.
For the harvesting we use electric machinery, zero impact, which improve 
working conditions of our employees and respect the environment, 
starting right from our land.
