For over fifteen years, Azienda Agricola Capuano has been transforming typical Apulian olives and vegetables into preserves with an authentic taste — the result of a supply chain that blends rural tradition, innovation, and respect for nature.
Founded in 2007 by brothers Vincenzo and Antonio, the company works exclusively with raw materials grown in its own fields and harvested at their seasonal peak to ensure unmistakable quality and flavour.
The core of its production is dedicated to vegetable preserves in oil, such as artichokes, eggplants, and peppers; tomato-based preserves, including yellow cherry tomatoes; and the iconic Bella di Cerignola olives, a true symbol of this generous and authentic land.
Each product is made through a short production cycle, in which the fresh ingredients are processed within a few hours of harvesting to preserve their natural goodness.
Every day, Capuano turns freshly harvested produce into genuine, high-quality preserves designed to bring the authentic taste of Puglia to the table with simple, wholesome, and ready to serve products.
