For more than 20 years we have been producing carob’s specialties and Modica’s PGI Chocolate, the only certified chocolate in Europe.

In recent years we have invested in the study and experimentation on the processing of chocolate from bean to bar, working the best cocoa beans in our laboratory : where raw materials are transformed into their best expression of taste.
