Bottega Pavesi is a laboratory developed and managed by chefs, inside an osteria of Piacenza (Osteria f.lli Pavesi), which maintains the processes and production philosophy typical of the restaurant.
Cooking in pots, manual cutting, use of seasonal raw materials and carefully selected ingredients.
The production concerns sweet and sour vegetable preserves, seasonal mustards, sauces and a baked dessert.
