Ours began with Toribio — our father, a tireless worker with a deep passion for his land and for the art of making good food.
In Perito, in the heart of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, he turned that passion into something real: our family’s salumi factory.
Day after day, through simple gestures passed down from one generation to the next, he taught us that making a great salume is not simply a matter of following a recipe. It is about patience. Care. Respect for tradition. And above all, passion.
Those same values live on in every product we make today.
Now, Giuseppe and Tommaso carry the story forward, bringing their own vision while preserving the knowledge, gestures and traditions that started it all. And as the younger generations grow, they too are discovering the beauty of this craft — learning that behind every salume there is a story, a place, and a family.
