Michele Mastrangelo, born in Valdobbiadene on 28 February 1982, where his parents, originally from Alife, had moved for work reasons where they were responsible for the production of Prosecco in one of the renowned wineries in the area. The call of his homeland was soon felt, and after a few years, the family returned to Alife, where Michele grew up and began his studies at the Agricultural Institute of Piedimonte Matese. His adventure in the world of work began with the door-to-door sale of buffalo mozzarella in Veneto and Trentino. This experience led him to make long journeys between southern and northern Italy, allowing him to discover many different realities. It is precisely in Trentino that Michele develops an ever deeper passion for cheeses, approaching their world and becoming an expert buyer and retailer in southern Italy. In 2010, he decided to undertake a new challenge: Open his own dairy. Since then, Michele has passionately dedicated himself to producing high-quality cheeses, honing his craft over time. His constant commitment and dedication to work are supported by his tireless mother Adriana, his adventure companion since the beginning. Adriana, today supervises the production and refinements, contributing to the success of the dairy.
