Company Profile
Vannino, as Mario Vannini was called, in 1932 starts the story of this biscuit factory, going to the Tuscan countryside in a carriage to deliver bread and baked goods. Since then, many deliveries and various evolutions have passed, but the love for this work has not changed in the succession of children and grandchildren and today Barbara and Irene, III and IV generation, carry on the family tradition, offering a line of biscuits both sweet and savory, handcrafted and with mainly Tuscan ingredients and a short supply chain.
A range of products ranging from more traditional recipes to new more contemporary proposals, but always characterized by the territory in which these biscuits are born.
The sweet line is made up of many types of products from the most classic such as cantuccini, panforti, ricciarelli and nougat to more innovative biscuits such as "flowers" that each tell distant worlds, a journey, an emotion, a memory of the family's past: of lavender from Provence and Indian ginger, black and green tea from various stays in London.
The savory line is made up of biscuits with local and oriental flavors and crackers entirely handmade and rich in Italian extra virgin olive oil.
Vannino has the desire to tell the flavors and smells of the land of him and has also created an organic line prepared with flour from cereals grown and ground in Tuscany, as well as spices and smells are short and certified.
A selection that wants to accompany the customer at any time of the day, from breakfast to aperitif.
These are the ingredients of Vannino, an ancient Tuscan food factory, passion, research, love for this work and the will to always grow.
By biting one of these biscuits, the hope is that together with the explosion of flavors and aromas of these biscuits, all this will also arrive, the great little story of a family tradition.
