The company was born from the passion of Antonio and Nicola Mitrione and their desire to rediscover and celebrate the roots of their homeland.
Oilivis proudly dedicates itself to producing premium extra virgin olive oil, naturally fermented olives, and olive spreads, authentic expressions of the rich Apulian olive-growing tradition.
The brand’s philosophy is reflected in a meticulous approach at every stage of production, supported by a short supply chain that ensures the highest quality from the field to the table.
