Manicardi is a farm nestled amongst splendid vineyards on the hills of Castelvetro di Modena; a family-run business led by a woman, Maria Livia Manicardi.

The estate grows its own Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, Grechetto Gentile and Trebbiamo Modenese grapes, which are used to produce both local wines and fine balsamic vinegars.

Every Manicardi product is crafted with the utmost attention to quality and is designed for the discerning consumer. The range starts with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and extends to a wide selection of PGI balsamics with varying densities and aromas.

This small family-run business is now a jewel of the region, born out of the passion of a man, Enzo Manicardi, who decided to buy a small estate with the aim of creating a wine that would please his beautiful wife.
From this romantic gesture came a rosé Lambrusco, which remains to this day a symbol of the family’s true spirit.
