We have been a caper farm with a workshop in Pantelleria since 1949. History and tradition are our roots. Curiosity and ideas are our present and future.
On our farmlands we grow the raw materials, which we then select in our caper factory and go on to process in our artisanal workshop.
Our complete vision of the production chain and our deeply rooted idea that we could learn to make the best out of what the island had to offer, without being fooled by simplistic market principles, has made ours a sui generis farming company and the only one in the island with a complete production chain.
We have been able to push beyond the boundaries of tradition, inventing and creating innovative products with the raw materials offered to us by this island.
We produce everything featured in our catalogue ourselves, and we make it by applying strict quality standards in an ongoing effort towards self-improvement. That is why we are creating the future of Pantelleria caper.
