Our preserves are born in the orchard, it is here that we carry out the most important works to obtain a unique taste, from when the tree is a small plant until the fruit is harvested.
We are in Abruzzo on the rolling hills of Teramo, and we are the third generation of farmers. Bruno, our father, and us children, Ivan, Simone and Manuel.
We cultivate in respect of nature 50 hectares of orchards and 15 of vegetables, Integrated Production and Global Gap certified.
The secret of our preserves, Extra Jams, Fruit Juices, Passata 3 Tomatoes and Giardiniera, is that we only transform what we grow, adding as few ingredients as possible.
This allows us to carefully follow our raw material and to select it from over 80 varieties grown on the farm.
Having chosen the most suitable variety to be transformed, we harvest the fruits by hand only after they have reached maximum ripeness in order to have a natural sweetness. Finally, to preserve the authentic flavor of fruit and vegetables, we use the low temperature cooking method.
Our target audience are food boutiques, restaurants and bars with a high attention to raw materials and distinctive, authentic taste.
