Fruit, and that's it!
Our fruit juices and jams are 100% natural, with only one ingredient: fruit. We add nothing unnecessary, just the authentic taste of nature, provided by the fruit itself. To maintain this purity, we rely on top-quality raw materials, grown in our own orchard. This allows us to create a product with a unique flavor, while maintaining full control over the supply chain, which is short and traceable.

We cultivate over 60 varieties of fruit on the gentle hills of Teramo, in Abruzzo. We are the third generation of farmers: Bruno, our father, and we, his children—Ivan, Simone, and Manuel. We manage 50 hectares of orchards and 15 hectares of vegetables, following sustainable farming practices, certified Integrated Production and Global Gap.

This careful attention allows us to select each fruit with precision, choosing the best varieties for transformation. Each fruit is hand-picked only when it has reached peak ripeness, ensuring its natural sweetness. To preserve the authentic flavor of the fruit and vegetables, we use a low-temperature cooking method.

We produce Juices, Fruit Spread, Jams Extra, 3 Tomato Sauce, Tomato Water, and Pickled Vegetables. Our products are designed for food boutiques, restaurants, and establishments that prioritize the highest quality ingredients and a distinctive, authentic, and natural taste.
