Murrieri’s Bakery: Salento Sweets, Family Passion
Murrieri’s Bakery was born from the love for pastry passed on by the renowned pastry chef Ilario Murrieri. After years of training among the best pastry chefs, in 2000 he realized his dream: opening the Pasticceria Murrieri, transforming the almond — symbol of the Apulian tradition — into the heart of his creations.
Among his specialties stands out the "Salentuccio", a biscuit that contains all the love for Puglia.
Today, his daughter Giorgia continues the family tradition with Murrieri’s Bakery, a project that combines ancient recipes and an innovative spirit, bringing the authentic flavors of Salento throughout Europe.
