The Ventitré brewery is: 
CRAFT
Ours is a craft brewery because it is independent and our beers are neither filtered nor pasteurised, as established in Italian law. 
SUSTAINABLE
Our beers are made respecting the environment;  we use natural and renewable sources of energy, recover the processing waste and recycle the wastewater.
LOCAL
Our beers support local cereal growers because we use local barley, malted just a few miles from the brewery. 
VENTITRÉ
Ventitré (twenty-three) is our number, the number of litres of beer we produced in each home-made boiling, the date we opened on and the street number of the brewery.
