The company is now run by Peppe Pollio, the only male heir; at the age of 15, after finishing school, he was already in the countryside helping his father. He became a direct farmer, starting his great passion for nature and agriculture. In the nineties he decided to diversify the business system by starting to bottle first the wine and, then, the oil, thus increasing the total production. In 1995 he decided to turn lemon into limoncello, a choice that was immediately successful.
Our products are born from the combination of an ancient local and family tradition and the use of raw materials offered exclusively by the territory, whose processing is mainly manual. The constant and main objective of our company is to offer a quality artisan product that preserves the organoleptic essences of the raw materials. We only use fresh and natural products. Production, therefore, is necessarily linked to the period of cultivation of the raw material and therefore, for some highly seasonal liqueurs, availability throughout the year is not guaranteed. It is therefore suggested to request the actual availability at the time of the order.
