Forno Minniti was founded in the 1960s in Reggio Calabria by Mimmo and Enza, artisans devoted to traditional Calabrian bread and pastries. Today, the third generation carries on that legacy with a production that combines authenticity, quality, and a deep respect for local ingredients.
We use carefully selected raw materials – such as orange blossom honey, licorice, Reggio Calabria bergamot, and almonds – to create biscuits and leavened desserts that tell the story of our land through genuine flavors and identity.
Our collections, including Piparelle, Frollini, Fior di Mandorla, Susumelle, Babà in jar, and our large leavened cakes, are designed for gourmet boutiques, delicatessens, and premium ho.re.ca. channels.
