Acquapazza Gourmet is a small company founded in Cetara by 3 members united by their passion for the tradition of marine products and in particular for the processing of one of the product symbol of the town: the anchovy sauce (Colatura d’Alici in Italian). Acquapazza Gourmet produces, according to ancient and traditional methods, small and precious amounts of this sauce, respecting the times of ripening of the product, aged in chestnut barrels and obtained solely from anchovies caught in the gulf of Salerno. A unique product that brings to the table all the flavour and tradition from Cetara. Cetara has been declared by Unesco as world heritage site. For decades, this small town has been living of the processing of anchovies and tuna. The “colatura” of ancho-vies and fish processing have always caractherized the streets of this shining place.
