The Gemignani family has been dealing with truffles since 1930: with nearly a century of history behind us, we produce truffle-based specialties that we export to nearly forty foreign countries, boasting BRC, IFS, and Halal certifications.
Focusing on market and customer needs, we operate across all channels: Ho.Re.Ca./Food Service, large-scale retail trade, and retail, including private label.
Our company is located in the heart of Tuscany, precisely between the cities of Pisa and Florence, at the foot of the hills of San Miniato, famous for its prized white truffle, the Tuber Magnatum Pico, the finest of all truffle varieties.
Alongside the sale of fresh truffles, which we have been carrying out since 1930, over the years we have developed the production of preserved truffle specialties, with a selection that ranges from flavored condiments and sauces to more concentrated products such as whole truffles, slices, and patés.
We continue to keep the family tradition alive after four generations, committing ourselves with the same passion and always considering "quality" as a defining element in creating our products, prioritizing the meticulous selection of ingredients to produce excellent specialties.
