1894 Nicola Mucci opened a chocolate factory that would one day become a household name. The first ‘confetti’ was produced in this factory, in the old town centre of Andria, in the Apulia region of Southern Italy.
It’s now a museum with shop dedicated to our ancestors and the long history of Mucci.
The Mucci factory moved to neighbouring costal town Trani. Giovanni’s children and grandchildren now produce 200 different types of ‘confetti’ and ‘dragées.’
All continue to be traditionally handcrafted.
‘Confetti’ and ‘dragées’ are made with locally sourced high-quality raw materials, guaranteeing incomparable taste.
Everything is made with natural colours and flavours, contains no preservatives, are gluten-free and non-GMO.
