For over fifty years, Ancona-based, iconic Cotteria Magrì is the leader when it comes to baked hams, roasts and meat carpacci. Top-notch quality, true handmade process and a thing for the genuine flavors of its land represent the values that make each product by Cotteria Magrì a healthy and tasty specialty. SUINO DELLA MARCA was born over 15 years ago comes from a three-way cross-breeding scheme relying on the CINTA SENESE, an indigenous breed known for its rustic nature, the LARGE WHITE, a breed with high maternal aptitude, and the DUROC, a breed with adequate meatiness. The result is a specific proprietary genetic lineage. Currently the main player in this project is the Impronta Verde company, owned by Baldi Srl of Jesi. The pigs are raised in a semi-wild state and we are finally realizing the possibility of defining a pig that is exclusively from the Marche region, an animal that is fully in tune with the natural characteristics of this territory. The union of these excellent meats, with excellent quality and with valuable organoleptic characteristics, together with the artisanal workmanship of Cotteria Magrì make this Cooked Ham for true connoisseurs and gourmets.
