Company Profile
We are a farm tied to the ancient Vesuvian tradition that cherish the land and cultivate its fruits, safeguarding agrobiodiversity and the environment.
Our fruits arise from a "living soil" thanks to Mount Vesuvius, which provides essential elements such as iron, potassium, and silicon for healthy and natural cultivation.
Casale Pietropaolo was built towards the end of the 1800s by a Neapolitan nobleman who entrusted its care to the Pietropaolo brothers, who would later inherit it.
My grandfather, Ciro Pietropaolo, due to the premature loss of his parents, went to live in the ancient residence with his uncles, and thanks to them, he learned the art of cultivating the land.
The products of the farmhouse were sold in the port of Naples and sometimes bartered for dried cod or aged cheeses, hence the nickname "e cas viecch," meaning the old cheeses.
