Since then, Ernesto Brusa has been producing Confetti di Varese, excellent confetti made thanks to the combination of high quality raw materials with a methodical and skillful 100% artisanal process, respecting the values and ancient recipes of the founder.
Only in this way the "once upon a time" quality can be guaranteed, without distorting or debasing a noble product such as sugared almonds.
