Company Profile
Poggio San Giorgio is a modern artisan company, founded and managed by Daniele and Alessandro Perticoni. It is located on the Agriano plateau, a hamlet of Norcia, at 980 meters above sea level.
The Perticoni family has been processing, preserving, and marketing prosciutto since 1975. In 2004, Daniele and Alessandro moved their business to Agriano, Norcia.
The company chose the Agriano plateau to better combine their extensive experience with the traditions of Norcia. The facility uses the most modern meat preservation and curing techniques, all of which are carried out in compliance with hygiene and health standards.
