Company Profile
..... we traveled, met, listened, learned.
Finally, we made it home.
There is an ancient mill waiting for us:
our restaurant, there, beautiful, rich of history, scents, sounds of water and mechanical echoes.
The Mulino di Zoppola is a meeting point and a breeding ground of many ideas.
Local products, combinations that touch the strings of memories and family atmosphere. But something was missing. At the time of the aperitif or after dinner, the usual question arose: what gin do you have? And the vermouth? Make me a special Americano, I would taste a bitter not bitter ...
.... bewildered by the babel of liqueurs on the market, the turning point: wheat distillate with juniper berries and botanicals, raisin wine with leaves and aromas, herbal infusion and a macerate of officinalis.
Therefore gin, vermouth, bitter and digestive all of our production.
We calmly called them after our way: GINEPRO (Juniper), VERMUT (Vermut), APERITIVO (Aperitif), AMARO (Bitter). Mixed and refined by us with the help of skilled craftsmen, as sediments of memories of the past and contemporary taste.
As with the restaurant, we wanted to stay a bit tied to the past and so, amber bottles to protect their contents, labels that spoke of ancient apothecaries and then the title of the collection, RISORGIMENTO 5, street and house number of our address, evocative of the period in which more or less the most famous Italian liqueurs were born.
