From a great passion  for the pomegranate fruit, we developed the first pioneering organic plantation in Tuscany.

First in the tuscan hills, and next on the luminous and flourishing shores of Maremma.
The result of both the harvests was spectacular, a sweet juice rich in antioxidant and incredibly tender and fleshy arils.
Combining the pure pomegranate juice extract with the most accurate selection of herbs (juniper, gentian, bitter orange, dandelion & wild fennel), we obtain our Elixir Barbarossa, a genuine bitter that combined digestive & tonic proprieties.
Serve the Elixir after meal, on the rocks, plain, or blended in a cocktails as new interpretation of the Spritz or to enrich a Gin & Tonic.
