Fattoria Lavacchio Bio-Winery was created in 1978 and located on top the hills of Florence (18 km from the city). It was among the first wineries in Chianti to embrace organic production programs and biodynamic principles, according to the philosophy the winery has always pursued: to harmonize its activities with the balances set by Nature.
