Kazzen is a dream come true, a project started in 2004 with passion and expertise by D’Ancona bros.. From the very beginning, they have set up a small laboratory producing capers, vegetable and fruit preserves using old recipes and the traditional artisanal methods belonging to the island’s traditions. Alessandro is the most committed today, with his wife Marilena, the production manager. Built in the middle of the farm, the laboratory is the heart of the Kazzen quality and where the fruits arrive just harvested by Alessandro or by the farmers spread out all over the island.
