Fratelli Corrà has an extraordinary history, capable of combining tradition and innovation for five generations. It was founded in thtiny village of Smarano (in the Italian Alps) in the nineteenth century and is the oldest cured meat producer of the province of Trento and one of the oldest in the whole Italy.
They produce according to ancient family recipes: speck, salami, Trentino luganega, smoked mortandela, venison salami, roe deer, chamois, bresaola and carne salada: these are just some of the more than 40 different recipe they still produce.
