DR. MASON GIN
Dr. Mason Gin is a smooth, approachable and well-balanced gin.
Its botanical profile combines juniper, coriander, orange peel, orris root, tonka bean and samphire. The long, slightly saline finish, provided by the samphire, evokes the unique landscapes of the Venetian Lagoon.
At 41% ABV, the gin is distilled using a copper still in a bain-marie water-bath process, allowing for a gentle and precise extraction of the botanicals.
We recommend pairing it with a high-quality neutral tonic water to create an excellent Gin & Tonic.

DR. MASON ROSMARINO
Dr. Mason Rosmarino is an intense balsamic explosion of herbs, with rosemary as the dominant botanical.
A truly distinctive all-natural amaro, free from artificial colourings, with 25% ABV and only 8% sugar.
We strongly recommend serving it well chilled and preferably without ice, allowing its aromatic profile to express itself fully.
It is also an excellent ingredient for mixology, particularly effective for balancing and adding complexity to an Americano or Negroni.

DR. MASON BITTER NATURALE
A bitter with a strong and distinctive personality.
Bitter Naturale contains no artificial colourings, giving it a naturally intense character. At 25% ABV and 20% sugar, its flavour profile is dominated by artemisia.
An excellent ingredient for an Americano, and an innovative alternative for the Spritz, bringing a more natural and distinctly bitter character to one of Italy’s most iconic cocktails.
