A STORY BORN ON THE SEA SHORE, FROM THE LOVE OF GIOVANNA RUOSPO FOR LIQUEURS
The history of Rospini Liquors was born in a villa located on the seashore, in San Vito (Polignano a mare). It is here that Giovanna Ruospo, from Puglia originally from Noci, with her convivial spirit and innate friendliness, began to produce her liqueurs, obtained from Mediterranean scrub plants collected spontaneously in the seaside area, which she had her guests taste during long summer evenings. Strengthened by the appreciation of friends and diners, Giovanna has refined her skills over time, producing increasingly refined and balanced liqueurs, capable of conquering everyone thanks to their irresistible aromas and colours. Today Giovanna's passion has gone outside the domestic confines to transform itself, without losing the authenticity and authentic flavor of its places of origin, into the activity of a strong-willed and determined entrepreneur. Her dream is to be able to bring her liqueurs, so elegant and "bold", into homes and restaurants in the region and throughout Italy.
