Chiambretto is an artisan company, based in Turin. Each product is made entirely by hand by our master chocolatiers. Slowly like in the past. From the dream of our owner, Vittorio, we create highest quality chocolate and sweets. Inspired by the historical chocolate companies present in Turin at the beginning of the 20th century. Let's imagine a place where delicious, genuine products are born. A place where attention and respect for people and the environment come first. For all the products created by Chiambretto we use exclusively rare and valuable raw materials. Like the pure monoorigin cocoa mass that gives each chocolate a different emotion, based on the country of origin. Sierra Leone with a tropical flavour. Venezuela with a cocoa flavor and slight acidity, and others. Italian sugar to guarantee an extremely high quality product and to support the local supply chain. Or 100% natural vanilla. Coming from Madagascar (African island, symbolic place of the orchid fruit).
P.G.I. Piedmont hazelnuts, capable of giving a unique taste to our chocolates. Harvested and roasted in an artisanal way, directly from the agricultural producer in the heart of Langhe. All selected by hand. Every ingredient we use is the result of a long and accurate research. Being ourselves gluttonous, we understand perfectly the importance of a well made product. Both from an organoleptic and an image standpoint. Suffice it to say that all our packaging and graphics are art deco inspired.

The Chiambretto master chocolatiers create our products in a modern open laboratory, next to our boutique. Like our "boeri". Wild cherries, slightly liqueur-like, dipped one by one in fondant and then
covered with chocolate. Gastronomic poetry. Or our dragées, handmade with the historic "bassina": a special machine that coats dried fruits and other ingredients with chocolate. Each product has a different finish. A small amusement park dedicated to the creation of sweets.
Every detail is important. The atmosphere is exciting, the smell of chocolate and lots of smiles.
