We have been millers for three generations, proud artisans of artisan flours.
Our mission, since 1956, has been to bring good, healthy flour into everyone's home, which is why we select the best grains to process them in the most genuine way, using natural stone millstones from the end of the 19th century and state-of-the-art cylinder mills.
Since 1997, all our production has been certified organic, as our desire is to respect the earth.
We passionately take care of the transition between the farmer and the flour user: we only process Italian cereals and can count on the collaboration of virtuous farmers, specific to each type of cereal. We choose the types of cereals to be cultivated according to the geographical area because each area creates its own wonders and this is how our flours are created.
