Maison Bertolin is an Italian excellence in the production of artisanal cured meats, based in Arnad, in the Aosta Valley. Our family story began in 1957, when our grandfather Guido opened the first village butcher shop. Since then, we have passed down passion, expertise and a deep connection to our territory, keeping authenticity and traditional craftsmanship at the heart of every process.
Over the years, we have evolved by combining tradition with innovation. Today, we operate in a modern facility that allows us to guarantee high quality standards, full supply-chain control and an organization designed to meet the needs of professional buyers.
Our range includes the most iconic specialties of Valdostan charcuterie. Alongside the renowned Lard d’Arnad PDO, the only one of its kind with Protected Designation of Origin status, we offer mocetta, juniper-flavoured coppa, boudin, salami, speck and many other specialties. Each product is crafted from carefully selected raw materials and techniques that honour historical recipes, preserving the authenticity and identity of Alpine flavours.
