Bottega Broletto is a craft workshop in Reggio Emilia, which took its first steps in the family workshop, the "Casa del Miele" in Broletto Street. A somewhat nostalgic place that taught us to recognise and appreciate good things. 
What distinguishes all of Broletto's work is the concept of ‘kindness’, that is found in childhood snacks, in the atmosphere of the neighbourhood shop, in the attention to the kind things that now seem a little lost. Recurring elements in our company narrative that are also inevitably reflected in our products. The leavened products, biscuits, creams, chocolates, are all delicacies born of the desire to share something good. Because goodness has the vice of being contagious and we strive every day to spread it as much as possible.
