Our company produces ORGANIC Tuscan artisan pasta of excellence and short chain, we process only and only our wheat.
We have chosen to produce organically, without the use of synthetic chemicals at every stage of wheat cultivation, through storage and processing. We produce less product, but with respect for the environment that surrounds us.
Our pasta is ARTISAN not industrial, it is made exclusively with our company's own wheat, all DETAILED, bronze drawn, slow drying, low temperature (35°).
Thanks to our organic wheat production we are not subject to the current problems of wheat supply (therefore we guarantee deliveries) and prices (by not using fertilisers our prices will not change)
