Ours is a family farm, we are father Domenico Bordone, Stefano and Lorena, his wife, plus three small and splendid children. We have been breeding bees for over 35 years and thanks to them we produce natural products.
Our bees are nomads, and during the summer we become a little bit too. We move them about 7 or 8 times in pursuit of the different blooms to produce monoflora and millefiori honeys with the most refined flavours.
We also cultivate over 20 hectares of orchards and hazelnut groves in the heart of Roero, in Piedmont: cherries, apricots, plums and Madernassa pears. With which we produce jams which, for the taste, recall those made at home by our grandmothers, in a modern and essential packaging.
